As we conclude our 10th anniversary season, we are pleased to announce a special event at the Ephesus Seventh-day Adventist Church, our founding location. We invite you to join us on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 4 p.m. for "Feel the Spirit," a concert featuring African American spirituals. With performances by The Concert Chorale, members of the Ephesus Chancel Choir, Myke Bizzell (organ), Terence Dove (piano), George Davey (piano), Eric Johnson, Jr. (percussion), and Guilherme Andreas (flute), this event promises to be a meaningful celebration of our heritage and community.
Feel the Spirit is a Courtney’s Stars of Tomorrow series dedicated to the study, preservation, and performance of the African-American Spiritual. Feel the Spirit is made possible with public funds from Creative Engagement and Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone, and administered by LMCC.
